Refund policy

Because every item at Say It Mean It is made specifically for the person who orders it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

If you're unsure about sizing, please review the size guide before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos so we can understand what happened and decide the best way to resolve it, which may include a replacement, a refund, or another reasonable solution.

If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
