The Fine Print!
All of our products are made on demand and typically ship within three to five business days. Because of this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we can only accept returns in two circumstances:
- You got an item that you didn’t order
- There’s a clear defect in the workmanship
If this happens, we’re sorry! Please contact us and we’ll walk you through next steps to replace your item.
Please be careful when ordering, because in these situations, we are not able to exchange your purchase:
- You ordered the wrong size
- The item has been used or worn
- The product isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to a mistake on our part.
- Shirts measure within 1” over or under the measurements on our size guide.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery for instructions on next steps.
IMPORTANT: Please do not return any items prior to obtaining a return authorization number. Any items returned without this will not be considered and we cannot be responsible for it.
All authorized return items must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
